Setting the File Format for a Recording Session

To set the file format for a WireTap Studio recording session:

1. Go to the Window menu and select Recordings Sessions, or press command 2 to open the Recording Sessions window. Click on New to create a new session, or select an existing session and click on Edit.
2. Click on the Format tab.
3. Use the Presets menu to choose one of the preset file formats.
4. Or use the File Format menu and specify all of the settings for that format.
5. Use the LivePreview™ button to listen to the source audio encoded at the settings you have chosen before you commit to the recording.
6. Click on OK to save all of the session settings.
